"Cosa sappiamo di un essere umano? Si può descrivere il suo corpo fisico e lo si può toccare, ma è impossibile descrivere e toccare l'entità che ha formato quel corpo, che lo abita e lo rende vivo. Un uomo è lì, steso a terra, è visibile, palpabile, ma ecco che è morto: significa dunque che qualcosa di invisibile lo ha abbandonato, quel “qualcosa” che lo faceva camminare, parlare, amare, pensare... E voi potete mettergli accanto tutto il cibo e tutti i tesori del mondo, dicendogli: «Tutto questo è per te, amico mio, rallegrati!»; niente da fare, lui non si muove...

A prima vista, il mondo attorno a noi, quel mondo che possiamo vedere, toccare e misurare, ci sembra essere l'unica realtà. Non si può negare che sia una realtà, ma non è tutta la realtà: è solo la concretizzazione, la materializzazione di un mondo invisibile in cui circolano forze, correnti ed entità. La vera realtà non è accessibile ai nostri cinque sensi. "

"Que savons-nous d’un être humain ? On peut décrire son corps physique, le toucher, mais l’entité qui a formé ce corps, qui l’habite et fait qu’il est vivant, il est impossible de la décrire et de la toucher. Un homme est là étendu sur le sol, il est visible, il est palpable, mais voilà qu’il est mort : c’est donc que quelque chose d’invisible l’a quitté, ce « quelque chose » qui le faisait marcher, parler, aimer, penser… Et vous pouvez déposer à côté de lui toute la nourriture et tous les trésors du monde en lui disant : « C’est pour toi, tout ça, mon vieux, réjouis-toi ! », rien à faire, il ne bouge pas.
Au premier abord le monde autour de nous, ce monde que nous pouvons voir, toucher, mesurer, nous paraît être la seule réalité. On ne peut pas nier qu’il soit une réalité, mais il n’est pas toute la réalité. Il est seulement la concrétisation, la matérialisation d’un monde invisible où circulent des forces, des courants, des entités. La vraie réalité n’est pas accessible à nos cinq sens."

"Was wissen wir über einen Menschen? Man kann seinen physischen Körper beschreiben, ihn berühren, aber die Wesenheit, die diesen Körper geformt hat, die ihn bewohnt und lebendig macht, kann man weder beschreiben noch anfassen. Ein Mensch liegt ausgestreckt auf dem Boden, er ist zwar sichtbar und greifbar, aber er ist tot. Etwas Unsichtbares hat ihn also verlassen, jenes »Etwas«, das bewirkte, dass er laufen, sprechen, lieben und denken konnte. Ihr könnt neben ihm alle Nahrung, alle Schätze der Welt auftürmen und zu ihm sagen: »Hier, mein guter Alter, das alles ist für dich, erfreue dich daran!« – nichts zu machen, er rührt sich nicht.
Auf den ersten Blick scheint die uns umgebende Welt, diese Welt, die wir sehen, anfassen, vermessen können, die einzige Realität zu sein. Man kann nicht bestreiten, dass sie real ist, aber sie ist nicht die ganze Realität. Sie ist nur die Konkretisierung, die Materialisierung einer unsichtbaren Welt, in welcher die Kräfte, Ströme und Wesenheiten zirkulieren. Die wahre Realität ist für unsere fünf Sinne unzugänglich."
