Eppure, se l'esistenza è ancora possibile sulla terra, lo è grazie a questi esseri, i quali non attirano l'attenzione. Mentre gli altri si danno da fare per occupare i primi posti, anche a costo di mettere in pericolo l'equilibrio del pianeta, costoro, nell'ombra e con modestia, continuano nella loro attività benefica. La luce, la pace e l'armonia che da essi emanano, purificano l'atmosfera e rendono l'aria più respirabile per tutti.
Non dico ciò perché vi allontaniate da tutte le persone brillanti e talentuose, no, poiché, per fortuna, anche tra loro ce ne sono alcune che possiedono grandi qualità morali. Voglio semplicemente attirare la vostra attenzione sulla presenza di esseri semplici, buoni e puri, che finora non avevate l'abitudine di notare."

Und wenn man Wesen begegnet, die hohe moralische Qualitäten zeigen wie Uneigennützigkeit, Großzügigkeit, Nachsicht, Güte, dann schätzt man sie sehr viel weniger, und oft bemerkt man sie nicht einmal. Dabei verdanken wir es diesen Wesen, die nicht die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich ziehen, dass das Leben auf dieser Erde überhaupt noch möglich ist. Ich sage das nicht, damit ihr euch von allen brillanten und talentierten Leuten abwendet, denn einige unter ihnen haben zum Glück auch große moralische Qualitäten. Ich will nur eure Aufmerksamkeit auf die Gegenwart von einfachen, guten und reinen Wesen lenken, die ihr bis jetzt aus Gewohnheit nicht bemerkt habt."
