"Waiting… disciples of a spiritual teaching learn to cultivate waiting, this inner state that keeps them awake. And so, when beings of light come to visit them, they will be ready to immediately open the doors of their soul to them. This attitude of anticipation alone enables them to perceive the events of the invisible world, the currents that flow through it, and the presences that bring them their blessings. You might say that you have never seen these presences. But is it really necessary to see them? You can feel them, and that is so much more important. If your heart and soul do not feel the revelations heavenly beings bring you, seeing them won't help very much.
If you are waiting to receive a light or blessings from heaven, don't ever be impatient. Instead, learn to cultivate waiting, because at any moment you might receive warning, information, enlightenment, nourishment. For it is thanks to waiting that your subtle centres are always kept awake. In this way, you will develop a kind of sensor that alerts you to the arrival of a messenger, a heavenly visitor."

Vous attendez une lumière, des grâces du Ciel… Ne vous montrez jamais impatient ; au contraire, apprenez à cultiver l’attente, car à chaque instant vous pouvez recevoir un avertissement, une nouvelle, un éclaircissement, une nourriture. Grâce à votre attente, vos centres subtils sont toujours en éveil. Vous créez ainsi en vous une sorte de cellule sensible qui vous avertira de l’arrivée d’un messager, d’un visiteur divin."

Allein diese erwartende Haltung macht ihn fähig, die Ereignisse der unsichtbaren Welt, die ihn durcheilenden Strömungen und die segenbringenden Wesen, die anwesend sind, wahrzunehmen. Ihr werdet sagen, ihr hättet diese Wesen niemals gesehen. Aber muss man sie denn unbedingt sehen? Ihr könnt sie fühlen, das ist viel wichtiger. Wenn euer Herz und eure Seele diese Enthüllungen, die euch die himmlischen Wesenheiten bringen, nicht spüren, dann würde es auch nichts bringen, sie zu sehen.
Ihr erwartet ein Licht, die Gnade des Himmels. Werdet aber niemals ungeduldig; lernt im Gegenteil, die Erwartung zu kultivieren, denn ihr könnt in jedem Augenblick eine Warnung, eine Nachricht, eine Aufklärung oder eine Nahrung erhalten. Dank eurer Erwartung sind eure feinstofflichen Zentren immer im Wachzustand. So erschafft ihr in euch eine Art Sensor, der euch über die Ankunft eines göttlichen Botschafters oder Besuchers informieren wird."
